I am serving as Lead DevOps CI/CD Engineer with 12 + years of experience in one of the reputed organization “Navy Federal Credit Union”. I involve in all major discussions where we set the platform of the automation tools to use with the best standards in the industry, reusable, robust and quality. I discuss with the product owners and gather the requirements, understand the features to develop and discuss with the team to identify any gaps and setup the goals to the team to deliver.
I define the advanced technologies to use as part of the job and provide all required information based on my experiences and surfing through the latest technologies we have in market. I do the regular code reviews and judge their work with specific intervals and ensure that they meet the expectations to reach the quality of code and best standards we set.
