These terms and conditions are applicable for the all the following award programs only: CEO World Awards, Consumer World Awards, Customer Sales and Service World Awards, Globee Awards, Golden Bridge Awards, Info Security PG’s Global Excellence Awards, Network PG’s IT World Awards, One Planet Awards, Pillar World awards, PR World Awards, and Women World Awards.
By submitting entries to the competition you assent that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Credit Card Chargeback
We take credit card charge disputes very seriously and reserve the right to permanently ban participants from all future activities.
Entry Fees
Entry Fees differ per category and are listed on each program site. Entry fees must be paid before entries will be submitted to judges for review.
You may withdraw one or more entries from the competition and receive a refund of entries fees paid for those entries through the last submission deadline. After that date entries may still be withdrawn, but no refunds will be issued. If for extraordinary circumstances after submission we must submit your entries for judging before entry fees are paid, your entries will be non-revokable and entry fees will be payable.
Acceptance of Globee Awards Correspondence
Every entrant has a designated point of contact: a single person with whom we communicate about the disposition of entries submitted. We will send regular email correspondence to your organization’s point of contact, especially after Finalists are announced in May. Your organization’s point of contact agrees to:
- Whitelist the email address help (at) globeeawards.com, from which most of our email correspondence will come
- Read all email correspondence from us promptly and respond as requested or required
Maintenance of Your Entry Account Information
Your organization’s entry-submission account on The Globee Business Awards website, through which your entries are submitted, will contain the contact information for your point of contact, including that person’s name, postal mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Your organization’s point of contact agrees to maintain the information in this entry-submission account and update it if and when necessary. The entry-submission account may be logged into at any time.
Final Decision
In the event of a dispute as to the category in which an entry(s) will be judged, the decision of the Globee Awards staff will prevail. Judges may recommend that an entry be switched to a different category, and at their discretion Globee Awards staff may change an entry’s category.
Any offline materials submitted as part of your entries will not be returned. We do not recommend sending us any offline materials.
Grand, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Globee winners
The following updates to the Globee Awards terms and conditions are effective from 2024 and apply to all award winners. These updates are introduced to enhance the recognition and celebration of our winners’ achievements.
1) Issuance of Complimentary eCertificates and eBadges:
All Globee Awards winners will be issued verifiable eCertificates and eBadges after the public announcement of the winners list. These digital awards are provided at no additional cost to the winners and serve as official recognition of their achievement. The eCertificates and eBadges are designed for digital use, allowing winners to easily share their accolades on professional and social networks.
2) Customization of eBadges and eCertificates:
Winners will have the option to purchase verified customized eBadges and eCertificates. This optional service allows for the inclusion of custom text, such as the specific winning category, offering a personalized touch to the digital awards. The service is available for a nominal fee, detailed in the winners’ package, and is aimed at providing an enhanced level of recognition for those who wish to avail it.
3) Purchase of Merchandise:
Winners of the Grand, Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories are eligible to purchase original and additional merchandise, including plaques, trophies, medallions, and printed certificates, from the Globee Awards merchandise store. These items are available for purchase after the winners have been announced and can be ordered for the current year’s win or any past years’ achievements. The merchandise is offered at its full price, plus shipping and handling costs, reflecting the quality and value of the items. The pricing and ordering process for merchandise will be detailed in the winners’ information package.
4) Optional Verified Recognition for Unpaid Entries:
For categories with no entry fees or for entrants who have not paid a fee, please note that complimentary verified eBadges and eCertificates are not automatically issued. However, winners in these categories will still be honored by being listed on the official winners’ page, alongside all other esteemed winners, recognizing their exceptional achievements. We understand the significance of digital recognitions in highlighting your accomplishments. Therefore, we offer the option for verified eBadges and eCertificates to be issued upon request for a nominal fee. This policy ensures we can maintain the quality and integrity of our awards while providing all participants the chance to showcase their accomplishments and gain the visibility they deserve.
General Terms:
- The issuance of eCertificates and eBadges, as well as the availability of customized versions and merchandise, are subject to the rules and regulations of the Globee Awards.
- Winners are responsible for ensuring that any personalization requests for eBadges and eCertificates are submitted according to the guidelines provided.
- The Globee Awards reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the winners’ rewards program, including pricing and availability of merchandise, without prior notice.
By accepting their award, winners agree to these terms and conditions. These updates are part of the Globee Awards’ commitment to recognizing and celebrating the remarkable achievements of our winners across various industries.
Custom Duties and Taxes
The receiver of the item in each country will pay the local custom duties and taxes if any. If for any reason the award shipment package is returned back to us because the receiver did not pay the local custom duties and taxes on time then we will charge shipping fees twice as that’s what the UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx bills us.
We reserve the right to charge you shipping fees twice if your award shipment is returned to us because the shipping address in your entry-submission account is wrong, or you otherwise did not provide us with an alternate shipping address, and your awards are returned as undeliverable to us or to one of our award manufacturers.
Disclaimer Regarding Use of Globee Awards Recognition
The Globee Awards recognize excellence and achievement in various industries. Participation as a judge or receipt of an award is a testament to an individual’s or organization’s contribution to their field. However, the Globee Awards and its affiliates do not promise or imply any benefits beyond the recognition itself, including but not limited to immigration approvals, visa status changes, employment opportunities, promotions, or other professional advancements. Individuals and organizations are cautioned against the use of their judging or winning status for these purposes without explicit acknowledgment from relevant authorities or employers that such recognitions are valid considerations for the desired benefit. The Globee Awards disclaim any responsibility for the misinterpretation or misuse of award recognition for immigration, employment, or other professional advancement endeavors.
Live and Virtual Awards Ceremonies
All winners are eligible to participate and attend live and virtual awards ceremonies after paying the ceremony participation fee which is in addition to the nomination fee. This fee varies for each awards program and depends upon the location of the event. Winners may opt out of attending if they do not wish to participate.
Publication of Globee-winning Entries
The full-text of Gold Globee Award-winning entries will be published on The Globee Awards web site approximately one month after the final results are announced. Gold Globee Award winners will be given the opportunity to redact any confidential or non-public information from their entries before publication. If you should have one or more Gold Globee Award-winning entries in The Globee Awards, you agree to respond promptly to our request for edits or redactions to those entries before publication.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will render your entries ineligible. Entry fees will not be refunded.
