About the Globee® Awards and Its History
What are the Globee® Awards?
The Globee® Awards are business awards programs recognizing eligible achievements by individuals, teams, departments, organizations, products, services, and initiatives. The organization currently presents ten programs covering areas such as achievement, artificial intelligence, business, cybersecurity, excellence, impact, innovation, leadership, pioneering work, and technology.
When and where were the Globee® Awards established?
The organization was established in Silicon Valley, California, in 2003. Its roots are in industry research, printed guides, and recognition programs covering emerging products, services, companies, and technologies.
Is the Globee® Awards an American organization?
Yes. The Globee® Awards is an American organization founded and operated in the United States. Its programs accept eligible nominations from around the world, subject to the requirements of each awards program and category.
What does the name “Globee” mean?
“Globee” combines “globe,” reflecting worldwide participation, with “e,” representing excellence, enterprise, and evolution. Globee® is a registered service mark.
How did the Globee® Awards develop?
The organization began with industry research and printed guides distributed at conferences and expos. Awards programs were later introduced for the industries being covered, including cybersecurity and technology. Over more than two decades, additional programs were developed and earlier programs evolved to reflect changes in business, technology, leadership, innovation, and the workplace.
Read the complete history on the About the Globee® Awards page.
How many Globee® Awards programs are offered?
There are currently ten:
- Globee® Awards for Achievement
- Globee® Awards for Artificial Intelligence
- Globee® Awards for Business
- Globee® Awards for Cybersecurity
- Globee® Awards for Excellence
- Globee® Awards for Impact

Visit the Awards Programs page for current program information.
What types of achievements may be recognized?
Depending on the program and category, eligible achievements may involve measurable results, innovation, leadership, improvement, growth, implementation, service, problem-solving, or impact. Recognition may apply to individuals, teams, departments, organizations, products, services, or initiatives.
Eligibility, achievement periods, and category requirements vary. Review the applicable program and the Nomination and Entry Submission Process before submitting.
Are the Globee® Awards merit-based?
Awards are determined through the published numerical scoring process. Approved volunteer judges evaluate eligible nominations under defined criteria, and valid scores are aggregated to determine the final result.
Payment of an entry fee does not guarantee an award. Entries scoring below 7.00 receive no award, and an entry is not upgraded merely because it is the only submission in a category. See the Judging and Awards Process.
Can an agent, consultant, sponsor, or other third party guarantee an award?
No. No agent, consultant, sponsor, vendor, entrant, or other third party is authorized to influence the judging outcome or guarantee an award. Entrants should apply directly through the official Globee® Awards website and should not pay anyone who claims to guarantee recognition.
What do eligible winners receive?
Eligible winners receive a complimentary verified winner eCertificate and eBadge. Winner information is published according to the applicable program’s practices.
Optional physical trophies, plaques, medallions, certificates, and other merchandise may be purchased separately where available. A merchandise purchase does not affect judging, award level, winner status, or publication. Visit the Globee® Awards Store for current availability.
Does winning guarantee publicity, credibility, sales, employment, or other benefits?
No particular outcome is guaranteed. Recognition does not guarantee publicity, increased credibility, sales, investment, employment, promotion, immigration results, business success, or future performance.
Editorial consideration is separate from judging and winning. It remains subject to editorial review, instructions, availability, and applicable policies.
Is a Globee® Award a certification, license, or endorsement?
No. A Globee® Award records the recognition received for a submitted achievement under a particular program, category, and year. It is not an academic or professional credential, regulatory approval, product certification, license, investment recommendation, or general endorsement of a winner, nominee, product, service, or organization.
Can a company or individual win an award and later experience problems or close?
Yes. An award concerns the achievement evaluated from the information submitted for a particular program, category, and year. It does not guarantee a winner’s continuing financial condition, performance, safety, regulatory compliance, conduct, employment status, or future operations.
Do Globee® Awards programs and categories ever change?
Yes. Programs and categories may be reviewed, renamed, added, combined, revised, or discontinued as industries, technologies, roles, and workplace priorities evolve. Entrants should rely on the current program pages when selecting a category and preparing a nomination.
Where can I find the complete nomination and judging rules?
Review the Nomination and Entry Submission Process, the Judging and Awards Process, and the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Nominations and Eligibility
Who may submit a nomination?
Eligible organizations and working professionals from around the world may submit nominations, subject to the requirements of the specific Globee® Awards program and category. Review the applicable Entry Kit before submitting.
What may be nominated?
Globee® Awards programs recognize eligible business and workplace achievements involving organizations, products and services, individuals, teams, departments, and other category-specific nominees.
A nomination should focus on one clear, specific, measurable, time-bound achievement and explain its results and impact. Eligibility requirements and achievement periods may vary by program or category.
See the applicable Entry Kit and the Nomination and Entry Submission Process.
How do I select the right awards program and category?
Begin with the achievement you want judges to evaluate. Then choose the awards program, category group, and specific category that most closely match that achievement. Categories should be selected to fit the achievement—not the other way around.
For step-by-step guidance, see the Nomination and Entry Submission Process and the applicable Entry Kit.
May the same achievement be submitted in more than one category?
Yes, if the achievement is relevant and eligible for each selected category. Each category requires a separate submission. Each submission should be tailored to that category, is evaluated independently, and is subject to the applicable entry fee.
What supporting materials should I provide?
Provide relevant, credible, and accessible materials that help judges understand and evaluate the achievement. These may include:
- Performance metrics and results
- Public announcements or official reports
- Case studies
- Media coverage
- Product or service information
- Customer, client, manager, or peer testimonials
- Other evidence directly related to the nominated achievement
Reference or support letters may supplement a nomination, but they should not replace credible evidence supporting the achievement. Links should remain accessible throughout the judging period. Follow the limits and file requirements in the applicable Entry Kit and on the Nomination and Entry Submission Process page.
Must nomination information be truthful and accurate?
Yes. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, authorized, and not misleading. Entries may be reviewed or audited and may be disqualified if they contain false, misleading, inappropriate, infringing, or otherwise noncompliant content.
Review the applicable Terms and Conditions of Entry before submitting.
What happens after I submit a nomination?
The primary contact should receive a confirmation and any applicable instructions. The primary contact is responsible for monitoring the work or business email associated with the entry, including its spam or junk folder, and responding to requests by the stated deadline.
See the next steps after submission and the Globee® Awards Calendar.
Who is the primary contact?
The primary contact is the person responsible for managing the nomination and receiving official communications. A secondary contact may be used as a backup. Separate merchandise or event-ticket contacts may be identified when applicable.
Update your organization’s contacts if the responsible person changes.
May I change a nomination after submitting it?
Changes are generally not available after submission. Review the entry carefully before submitting it. If an urgent factual correction is needed, contact Globee® Awards promptly from the work or business email associated with the entry. Requested changes are not guaranteed.
How may I recommend a new category?
You may recommend a new category. Suggestions are reviewed by the editorial team, and submission of a suggestion does not guarantee that the category will be added.
Entry Fees and Non-Winning Entries
Is there a fee to submit a nomination?
Most categories require an entry fee. Fees vary by awards program, category, and submission deadline. The applicable amount is shown in the Entry Kit or submission portal before payment.
What does the entry fee support?
Entry fees support administration of the awards program, including the submission platform, nomination processing, judging operations, program communications, and publication of results. Optional merchandise, event tickets, and separately identified products or services are not included unless expressly stated.
Does paying an entry fee guarantee an award?
No. Payment of an entry fee does not guarantee an award, provide an advantage, or improve an entry’s score. Every eligible nomination is evaluated under the published criteria. Entries with an average score below 7.00 receive no award. Not every nomination wins.
For the current Gold, Silver, Bronze, No Award, and Best of Category rules, see the official scoring ranges on the Nomination and Entry Submission Process page.
What happens if my entry does not win?
A non-winning entry does not receive a refund. Under the currently published resubmission policy, an entrant may revise and submit the entry once to another suitable Globee® Awards program within 12 months without an equivalent additional entry fee. The revised submission must follow the eligibility requirements and submission process of the new program.
The fee waiver is limited to one revised submission. It expires after 12 months, does not guarantee an award, and does not create a right to a refund if the new program’s fee is lower. Contact Globee® Awards from the work or business email associated with the original entry after submitting the revised nomination.
Judging, Scores, and Results
How are nominations evaluated?
Eligible nominations are evaluated by approved judges using the published criteria and the information and supporting materials provided with each entry. Results are based on the average of the qualifying scores assigned through the judging process.
Detailed information is available on the Judging and Awards Process page.
Does every nomination receive an award?
No. A category may have multiple winners or no winners. An entry does not receive an award merely because it is the only entry or the highest-scoring entry in a category. It must meet the published minimum score for an award level.
Where are the official scoring ranges published?
The current scoring ranges and treatment of Best of Category are published on the Nomination and Entry Submission Process page. That page is the authoritative source for award-level thresholds.
Why may judges give different scores?
Judges bring different professional backgrounds, experience, and perspectives. Reasonable variations in individual scores are expected. Final results use the average of the qualifying scores, as explained on the Judging and Awards Process page.
Will entrants receive judges’ scores or comments?
Entrants receive the scoring information made available through the applicable awards program or submission portal. Judge identities are not connected to individual scores. Comments or other feedback should not be assumed unless the applicable program expressly provides them.
When and where are winners announced?
Announcement dates vary by program and are listed on the Globee® Awards Calendar. Official results are published on the applicable program’s winners page and communicated to the primary contact.
Winners and Recognition
What winner information may be published?
The winners page may identify the awards program, category, award level, organization, location, achievement or product/service, and the person or team recognized, as relevant to the entry. Submitted essays and supporting materials are not automatically published in full.
Entrants should obtain all permissions needed to submit and publish names, company information, logos, quotations, images, and other materials as described in the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Is merchandise included with an award?
Do not assume that a trophy, plaque, medallion, printed certificate, event ticket, shipping, or other merchandise is included with the entry fee. Winners receive the recognition and resources identified for the applicable program. Optional merchandise and services may be available for separate purchase.
Must a winner buy merchandise or attend an event?
No. Purchasing merchandise or event tickets is optional and does not affect the judging result or winner status.
May winners use Globee® Awards logos and winner badges?
Winners may use the official materials provided for their specific award, subject to the applicable brand, trademark, and usage guidelines. Winner artwork must not be altered or used in a way that misstates the award, award level, category, year, recipient, or scope of recognition.
Does a Globee® Award certify a person, organization, product, or service?
No. A Globee® Award recognizes the achievement evaluated under the applicable awards program. It is not an academic degree, professional license, technical certification, regulatory approval, product approval, safety certification, or independent validation of every claim made about the recipient, product, service, or achievement.
Does Globee® Awards issue reference or recommendation letters?
No. Globee® Awards does not issue reference, recommendation, endorsement, employment-verification, immigration-support, or customized verification letters to winners or judges. Official records are limited to the applicable verified eCertificate and public winner or judge listing.
Does winning or judging guarantee an immigration, visa, employment, or professional benefit?
No. Globee® Awards does not promise, endorse, or guarantee any immigration, visa, residency, employment, promotion, licensing, credentialing, or other legal or professional outcome.
Globee® Awards is not affiliated with agents or consultants who claim they can secure such outcomes through an award or judging role. Individuals should obtain advice from their own qualified professionals about their circumstances.
May an entrant also serve as a judge?
Yes. A judge may separately submit a nomination by following the same entry requirements and paying the applicable entry fee as every other entrant. Serving as a judge does not provide a free nomination or guarantee an award.
A judge must not evaluate their own nomination and must disclose and recuse from any assignment involving a conflict of interest. See the Judging and Awards Process for the complete requirements.
Judging and Judge Applications
For the complete governing process, including scoring, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, auditing, award thresholds, and judge recognition, read the Judging and Awards Process.
Who may apply to serve as a Globee® Awards judge?
Currently working professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners may apply. Globee® Awards reviews each applicant’s verifiable professional background, relevant experience, prior participation when applicable, and the needs of the applicable awards program.
Previous judging experience is not required. Applying does not guarantee approval, assignments, or recognition.
Is serving as a judge a paid position?
No. Judging is a voluntary role, and judges do not receive compensation.
Is there a fee to apply or participate as a judge?
No. Globee® Awards does not charge a fee to apply or participate as a judge or to receive an earned judge eCertificate or eBadge.
This applies only to judging participation. A judge who separately submits a nomination must follow the same entry requirements and pay the applicable entry fee as every other entrant. Serving as a judge does not provide a free nomination or guarantee an award.
Can an agent, consultant, or third party help me become a judge?
No agent, consultant, individual, or other third party is authorized to influence the judge-selection process or guarantee approval or assignments. Apply directly using your own current work or business email, and do not pay anyone who claims to offer guaranteed selection or assignments.
Applications submitted on an applicant’s behalf by another person may not be accepted.
How are judges selected?
Applications are reviewed directly by Globee® Awards based on verifiable professional experience, relevant qualifications, prior participation when applicable, program needs, and available judging opportunities. Selection is not automatic. Approval for one program or year does not guarantee approval for another.
Why must I use a current work or business email?
An individual, current work or business email helps Globee® Awards verify the applicant’s professional identity and affiliation. Personal email services, university or former-employer addresses, shared inboxes, and group addresses such as info@, support@, or marketing@ are not accepted for judge applications.
The email and judge-portal account must belong to and be used only by the applicant. Portal credentials may not be shared.
Is employer approval required?
You are responsible for determining whether your employer permits outside volunteer service and use of your professional affiliation. Obtain any approval required under your employer’s policies before participating.
An employer approval letter confirms only that the employer is aware of and permits the proposed participation. It does not guarantee selection, assignments, or judge recognition. Globee® Awards independently reviews every application.
Must I apply separately for each awards program?
Yes. Submit a separate application for each awards program and year in which you wish to participate. Each application is reviewed independently based on the program’s needs and the relevance of your professional background.
Should I apply before the judging period begins?
You may apply before judging begins. Early submission allows your application to be available for review when the applicable judging period opens, but it does not reserve a place or guarantee approval or assignments.
Current judging periods are published on the Globee® Awards Calendar.
When are judge applications reviewed?
Applications are generally processed on Fridays, Pacific Time, during active judging periods. Review timing depends on the applicable program, available assignments, program needs, and the volume of applications.
Please wait for the applicable Friday processing cycle before asking for an application-status update. Approval, timing, and assignments are not guaranteed.
The judging period has started. Why have I not been approved?
Judges are approved gradually according to program needs, available assignments, relevant professional experience, verification results, prior participation when applicable, and the number of qualified applicants. An application may remain pending or may not be approved even after judging has begun.
What happens after my application is approved?
An approved judge may receive an initial set of up to 10 evaluations, typically within approximately 48 hours. Completed initial evaluations are subject to internal review for adherence to program standards.
Additional assignments, up to a total of 50, may be allocated only after satisfactory review. Globee® Awards determines assignment allocation, and approval does not guarantee a particular category, number of assignments, assignment timing, or continued participation.
How much time does judging require?
The time required depends on the length and complexity of the assigned nominations. Judges work through the online portal and may generally organize their own review time, but they must examine each entry carefully and meet the applicable judging deadline.
Globee® Awards does not promise that every judge will receive enough assignments to reach the recognition threshold.
What information must I review and score?
Judges evaluate the submitted achievement, main content, summary, and supporting materials under the published criteria. Judges assign numerical scores only; written comments are no longer collected.
The scoring method and award ranges are published on the Judging and Awards Process. Instructions for preparing entries are published on the Nomination and Entry Submission Process.
Will entrants see the scores assigned by judges?
Yes. Winners and non-winners receive their anonymous numerical scores after results are finalized. Entrants are not shown which individual judge assigned a particular score. Written judge comments are not collected or provided.
When must I recuse myself from an assignment?
Recuse yourself when you have a personal, professional, financial, or competitive conflict of interest; are connected to the nominee, entrant, or nominated organization in a way that could affect impartiality; submitted or helped prepare the nomination; or otherwise cannot evaluate the entry impartially.
A judge may submit a nomination but may not evaluate that nomination. Explain the reason when using the portal’s recusal function.
Should I recuse myself merely because the subject is outside my exact specialty?
Not necessarily. Judges are selected for their professional experience, industry knowledge, and ability to evaluate the application and evidence provided. They are not represented as specialists in every aspect of every assigned nomination.
If you can apply the published criteria impartially to the submitted content and evidence, complete the evaluation. If you cannot evaluate the entry fairly or have an actual conflict, recuse yourself.
Do not recuse an assignment merely because you suspect it may be an audit or test assignment. An actual conflict of interest must still be disclosed and recused.
Does a recused assignment count as completed?
No. A recused assignment does not count toward the 50 valid evaluations required for an eCertificate, eBadge, and individual public recognition. A replacement assignment may be allocated at Globee® Awards’ discretion but is not guaranteed.
May I stop judging or decline further participation?
Yes. Notify Globee® Awards promptly if you cannot continue or meet the deadline so that pending assignments can be reassigned. Ending participation does not automatically guarantee or prevent approval in a future program; any later application will be reviewed under the then-applicable requirements and program needs.
How many evaluations must I complete to receive an eCertificate and eBadge?
You must complete at least 50 valid evaluations in a single awards program, subject to audit. Recused, incomplete, invalidated, or otherwise unaccepted evaluations do not count.
Completing 50 evaluations does not prevent Globee® Awards from auditing the work or applying its policies when scoring or conduct does not meet program requirements.
What recognition is provided after 50 valid evaluations?
Qualifying judges receive a verified eCertificate and eBadge displaying their full name, awards program, and year. The judge’s company or organization does not appear on the eCertificate or eBadge.
The judge’s full name and organization are also published on the applicable participating judges page. LinkedIn profiles are not published as part of this listing.
What happens if I complete at least 10 but fewer than 50 valid evaluations?
You will receive a thank-you email but will not receive a verified eCertificate or eBadge. Individual names and organizations are published only for judges who complete 50 valid evaluations.
The participating judges page also includes this general acknowledgment: “We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all other judges who participated and contributed their expertise, regardless of the number of assignments completed.”
When are judge eCertificates and eBadges issued?
Judges who complete 50 valid evaluations by the 20th of a month receive their eCertificate and eBadge on the 28th. Completion after the 20th moves issuance to the following month’s cycle. Expedited or custom issuance is not available.
Can Globee® Awards provide a reference, recommendation, or customized verification letter?
No. Globee® Awards does not issue reference or recommendation letters, endorsements, employment verifications, immigration or visa support, legal support, or customized verification documents. The verified judge eCertificate and eBadge are the official records provided for qualifying participation.
Can judge participation or recognition be used as an immigration, employment, or professional credential?
A judge eCertificate and eBadge document qualifying participation in a specific Globee® Awards program and year. They are not academic, technical, professional, licensing, employment, immigration, visa, residency, or legal credentials.
Serving as a judge does not guarantee or imply any immigration, employment, promotion, professional, business, or legal benefit. Globee® Awards makes no representation about whether any government agency, employer, educational institution, professional body, court, or other third party will accept or consider judge participation or recognition for any purpose.
Why might completed evaluations or judge recognition be invalidated?
Globee® Awards may review scoring activity and judge conduct for incomplete review, inconsistent or unreliable scoring, conflicts of interest, coordinated activity, false or unverifiable application information, improper access or disclosure, misuse of credentials, or other noncompliance.
When appropriate, Globee® Awards may exclude affected scores, reassign entries, suspend or end participation, and withhold or revoke judge recognition. Completing 50 evaluations does not prevent an audit or excuse a policy violation.
Why must judging assignments and scores remain confidential?
Nomination content is made available to judges solely for evaluation through the secure portal. Judges may not download, copy, photograph, record, screenshot, store, publish, discuss, or share assignment content or scores. They also may not contact entrants or nominees about an assignment.
Assignments are hidden from judges after the judging period, but confidentiality obligations continue after access ends. Violations may result in exclusion of scores, removal from participation, loss of recognition, or exclusion from future participation, as permitted under applicable Globee® Awards policies and terms.
Where can I read the complete judging rules?
Read the Judging and Awards Process before applying or beginning assignments. For current program dates, visit the Globee® Awards Calendar.
Judge Approval and Assignment Process
When are judge applications reviewed and approvals processed?
Applications are reviewed during active judging periods. Approvals are generally processed on Fridays, Pacific Time. Applying early does not guarantee approval, and there is no need to email before the applicable Friday to ask when an application will be reviewed.
Judging periods and current dates are published on the Globee® Awards Calendar.
How are assignments allocated to approved judges?
Upon approval, judges may be assigned an initial set of up to 10 evaluations, typically within approximately 48 hours. Approvals are generally processed on Fridays, Pacific Time, during active judging periods.
Completion of the initial assignments is subject to internal review to assess adherence to program standards. Additional assignments, up to a total of 50, may be allocated only after satisfactory review. Assignment allocation is determined solely by the program and is not guaranteed.
Why have I not received approval or additional assignments?
Approvals and assignments are allocated only during active judging periods. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Selection depends on the program’s requirements, available nominations, the applicant’s professional background, and other operational needs.
Additional assignments are not issued automatically or immediately after the initial assignments are completed. Delays may occur, and assignments may be allocated in a later Friday cycle. Globee® Awards does not guarantee assignment timing, volume, or continuation.
Please do not email daily to ask when approval or additional assignments will be issued. Check the judge portal and your work or business email after the applicable Friday processing cycle.
Does completing the first assignments quickly guarantee more assignments?
No. Completion speed does not determine whether additional assignments will be provided. Initial evaluations are reviewed for quality, completeness, professionalism, and compliance with the judging requirements. Additional assignments are subject to satisfactory review, nomination availability, and program needs.
How many assignments must be completed for full participation recognition?
A judge must satisfactorily complete at least 50 valid assignments for the applicable awards program, within the required timeline, to be eligible for a verified judge eCertificate and full participation recognition.
Completing 50 assignments does not by itself guarantee an eCertificate. Assignments and judging activity remain subject to audit and verification. Judges who complete fewer than 50 assignments are not eligible for the full participation benefits.
What happens if an assignment is recused?
A recused assignment does not count as completed. A replacement assignment may be issued at the program’s discretion. Recusal does not reduce the minimum number of valid assignments required for full participation recognition.
May a judge stop participating?
Yes. A judge who cannot continue should notify Globee® Awards so access can be closed and unfinished assignments can be reassigned. An incomplete participation record will not qualify for full recognition or an eCertificate.
Judge Responsibilities and Confidentiality
What is the role of a judge?
Judges independently evaluate assigned nominations using the Globee® Awards scoring framework and the information and supporting materials submitted by entrants. Judges are selected for professional background and relevant experience, but they may not be subject-matter experts in every category they review.
Are judging assignments confidential?
Yes. Judges must protect nomination content and comply with all confidentiality, security, conflict-of-interest, and portal-use rules. They may not download, copy, photograph, capture, publish, discuss, or share assignment content or scores except as expressly authorized.
Judge portal access is personal and may not be shared. Violations may result in removal, nullification of scores or credentials, and loss of eligibility for future participation.
When should a judge recuse from an assignment?
A judge should recuse when an assignment involves the judge’s own entry, employer, business, a close personal or professional relationship, or another conflict that could affect—or reasonably appear to affect—impartiality.
See the complete recusal rules on the Judging and Awards Process page.
Are judge evaluations reviewed or audited?
Yes. Evaluations may be monitored and audited for completion, scoring quality, professionalism, confidentiality, conflicts, and compliance with program requirements. Assignments that do not meet the required standards may be excluded or nullified.
May a judge be removed after completing assignments?
Yes. Completion of assignments does not prevent removal or disqualification. A judge may be removed if an audit identifies false information, conflicts of interest, improper scoring, confidentiality or portal-security violations, disrespectful or noncompliant conduct, or other violations of the judging rules.
Detailed requirements are published on the Judging and Awards Process page.
Judge eCertificates and Public Recognition
When is a judge eligible for a verified eCertificate?
A judge must satisfactorily complete at least 50 valid assignments in one awards program and meet all applicable deadlines, audit requirements, and judging standards. eCertificates are issued only after the required review and verification.
Current completion deadlines and issuance schedules are maintained on the Judging and Awards Process page.
May an eCertificate be issued early?
No. The audit and issuance process cannot be expedited for personal, professional, legal, immigration, employment, or other deadlines.
Is there a fee for a judge eCertificate?
No. Eligible judge eCertificates are digital and are issued without a fee. Globee® Awards does not charge judges for participation or eCertificate issuance.
Does a judge eCertificate certify expertise?
No. A verified judge eCertificate acknowledges eligible participation in the Globee® Awards evaluation process. It is a certificate of participation—not an academic, technical, or professional certification and not proof of subject-matter expertise, professional qualifications, a license, or employment.
Will judge participation be listed publicly?
Judge participation is publicly listed as described in the applicable judging rules. Public listing supports transparency and verification of participation. Applicants who do not agree to the required public listing should not participate.
See the Judging and Awards Process and Judge Terms and Conditions.
May a judge eCertificate or public recognition be withheld or revoked?
Yes. Recognition may be withheld, delayed, nullified, or revoked if participation does not meet program requirements or an audit identifies false information, incomplete or invalid assignments, scoring discrepancies, confidentiality violations, conflicts of interest, or other noncompliance.

Contact information is used to administer participation, communicate deadlines and results, process transactions, issue eligible recognition, maintain records, and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Globee® Awards does not publish entrants’ or judges’ personal email addresses or telephone numbers as part of ordinary winner or judge listings.
Is submitted nomination content public?
Nomination content is made available to authorized personnel and approved judges as needed to administer the program. Limited winner details may be published when an entry receives an award. Submitted essays and supporting materials are not automatically published in full.
Other handling and permitted uses are governed by the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Entry, and Submitted Content Terms.
Are winner and judge listings retained?
Official winner and judge listings may be maintained as historical records to support transparency and verification of the awards programs. Requests to correct inaccurate information should be submitted to Globee® Awards. Requests concerning personal information are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Is payment-card or banking information stored by Globee® Awards?
Payments are processed through payment service providers. Globee® Awards does not directly store full payment-card or banking credentials. Review the Privacy Policy and the payment provider’s terms for additional information.
Billing and Invoices
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card is the primary payment method. Wire transfer or check payment may be arranged upon request. Contact Globee® Awards before using a payment method not offered in the submission portal.
Are payments refundable?
No. Payments are nonrefundable. Review the nomination, order, billing details, applicable rules, and deadlines carefully before paying.
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact Globee® Awards promptly before filing a payment dispute so the matter can be reviewed under the applicable Terms and Conditions.
May I request an invoice before payment?
If an invoice, quote, or pro forma invoice is required for internal approval, complete the required submission or cart information and use the Request for Invoice page.
Where can I obtain an invoice or receipt?
Log in to the submission portal and check the billing or invoice area. If the document is unavailable, contact support from the work or business email associated with the account and identify the awards program and transaction.
What should I do if my credit card is declined?
Contact the card issuer or bank. Globee® Awards cannot override a decline or manually approve a card transaction. If another payment method is needed, contact Globee® Awards before the applicable deadline.
Are payment extensions available?
Deadlines apply as published. If additional time is needed, contact Globee® Awards before the deadline. An extension is not guaranteed, and participants should not assume that an unpaid entry, cart, or invoice preserves a deadline or discount.
Email and Customer Support
Which email address should I use?
Use a current work or business email for nominations, judging applications, and official correspondence. Personal or generic email addresses may not be accepted. Keep the primary contact information current and monitor spam or junk folders for program messages.
How is customer support provided?
Globee® Awards provides support by email. Telephone support is not available. Response times may vary during entry deadlines, judging periods, and winner announcements.
What should I include when contacting support?
Write from the work or business email associated with the account. Include the awards program, entrant or judge name, organization, entry or invoice number if available, and a concise description of the issue.
Do not email confidential nomination drafts or attachments unless support specifically requests them through an authorized method.
What should I do if I do not receive a response?
Check the spam or junk folder and confirm that the inquiry was sent from the work or business email associated with the account. If a follow-up is needed, reply using the same subject line and include the relevant identifying information. Avoid sending repeated daily messages.
What should I do if the submission portal is not working?
Confirm that the browser is current, clear the browser cache, and try again. If the problem continues, email support with a concise description and a screenshot that does not expose confidential nomination content, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information.
