Why Participate

Serving as a judge offers an opportunity to:

  • contribute professional experience to the evaluation of submitted achievements;
  • review a range of business, technology, leadership, innovation, and industry accomplishments;
  • gain experience applying structured evaluation criteria; and
  • receive verified recognition after meeting the applicable participation requirements.

Participation does not guarantee professional advancement, business opportunities, employment benefits, immigration benefits, or any other outcome.

Who May Apply

Applications are open to currently working professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners whose background can be verified and is relevant to the applicable awards program.

Applicants must use an individual, current work or business email address. Personal email addresses, generic email services, university or former-employer addresses, shared inboxes, and group addresses are not accepted for judge applications.

Globee® Awards reviews professional background, relevant experience, verifiable public information, prior participation when applicable, and current program needs. Applying does not guarantee selection, assignments, or recognition.

Before You Apply

Judging is a volunteer commitment. There is no application fee and no compensation. No consultant, agent, or third party can guarantee approval or assignments.

Before applying, confirm that you can:

  • use your current work or business email for verification and official correspondence;
  • comply with your employer’s policies and obtain any approval your employer requires;
  • evaluate nominations independently and consistently;
  • disclose conflicts of interest and recuse when necessary;
  • protect nomination content and comply with confidentiality requirements;
  • complete assigned evaluations during the program’s judging period; and
  • accept public recognition of your participation if you qualify.

Employer Awareness and Approval

You are responsible for determining whether your employer permits outside volunteer service and use of your professional affiliation. If employer approval is required, obtain it before participating.

An employer approval letter confirms only that the employer is aware of and permits the proposed volunteer participation. It does not guarantee selection as a judge, access to assignments, or any recognition. Globee® Awards independently reviews every application.

How to Apply

  1. Select the Globee® Awards program that best matches your current professional background.
  2. Complete the judge application using your individual work or business email.
  3. Provide complete and accurate professional information and the requested public verification links.
  4. Submit a separate application for each awards program and year in which you wish to participate.
  5. Monitor your inbox and spam folder for program communications.

Applications may be submitted before judging begins, but review and access occur according to program needs and the applicable judging period. Approvals are generally processed on Fridays, Pacific Time, during active judging periods.

What Happens After Approval

Approved judges may receive an initial set of up to 10 evaluations, typically within approximately 48 hours. Globee® Awards reviews the initial completed evaluations for adherence to program standards. Additional assignments, up to a total of 50, may be allocated only after satisfactory review.

Approval does not guarantee a particular category, number of assignments, assignment timing, or continued participation. Globee® Awards determines assignment allocation based on program needs.

Recognition Requirements

To qualify for a verified judge eCertificate, eBadge, and individual public recognition for an awards program, a judge must complete at least 50 valid evaluations in that program, subject to audit. Recused, incomplete, or invalidated evaluations do not count.

The verified eCertificate and eBadge display the judge’s full name, awards program, and year. They do not display the judge’s company or organization. The judge’s full name and organization are published on the applicable participating judges page.

Judges who complete at least 10 but fewer than 50 valid evaluations receive a thank-you email but do not receive an eCertificate or eBadge. The participating judges page includes a general acknowledgment thanking other participating judges, but individual publication is reserved for judges who complete 50 valid evaluations.

Judges who complete 50 valid evaluations by the 20th of a month receive their eCertificate and eBadge on the 28th. Judges who complete the requirement after the 20th receive them in the following monthly issuance cycle. Expedited or custom issuance is not available.

The eCertificate records participation. It is not a professional credential, license, reference, recommendation, employment verification, immigration document, or legal endorsement.
