14th Annual 2026 Globee® Awards for Leadership

2026 Judging & Results at a Glance

The Globee® Awards use a structured, score-based judging process in which nominations are evaluated by participating industry professionals from around the world.

  • Judge applications received: 744
  • Judge applications approved: 200
  • Expert insights: More than 16,800 individual scores were submitted through the judging process
  • Minimum average score required to receive an award: 7.00 out of 10.00
  • Nominations Not Receiving an Award: 315
  • Awards Are Not Guaranteed: Submitting a nomination does not guarantee an award
  • Judging scores are shared with entrants, including both winners and non-winners

Judge applications and judging participation are separate measures. Applying to become a judge does not guarantee approval or participation in the judging process.

How Winners Are Determined

Nominations are evaluated by participating judges using a standardized scoring system. Judges independently score assigned entries, and the resulting average score determines the award level according to the published scoring thresholds.

Award Levels

  • Gold: 8.50–10.00
  • Silver: 7.75–8.49
  • Bronze: 7.00–7.74
  • No Award: Below 7.00

A nomination must receive an average score of at least 7.00 out of 10.00 to be recognized as a winner.

No Automatic Upgrades

Being the highest-scoring entry in a category does not automatically qualify an entry for Gold or another higher award level. Every nomination must independently meet the published score threshold for the award level it receives.

For example, if the highest-scoring entry in a category receives an average score of 8.20, it remains a Silver winner because the minimum score required for Gold is 8.50. Award levels are not manually upgraded based on placement within a category.

Best of Category

Best of Category identifies the highest-scoring eligible entry within a category. The designation recognizes comparative performance within that category but does not change or upgrade the award level earned through the scoring process.

For example, an entry may be both a Silver winner and Best of Category if it receives the highest score in its category but does not reach the Gold threshold.

Winners within each award level are listed alphabetically and are not ranked against one another.

What Judges Evaluate

Each nomination is evaluated using a standardized scoring framework covering four areas:

Achievement — The significance, scope, results, and impact of the accomplishment.
Main Content — The clarity, relevance, and depth of the information presented about the achievement.
Summary — How effectively the nomination communicates its key accomplishments and results.
Supporting Materials — The relevance and credibility of supporting information provided with the nomination.

Judges base their evaluations on the information and supporting materials submitted with each nomination.

Independent Judging

Judging is conducted by participating industry professionals and peers from around the world. Judges are required to register with a verifiable work or business email address and are subject to the Globee® Awards’ judge eligibility and approval requirements.

Award levels are determined from the scores submitted through the judging process and the published scoring thresholds. The Globee® Awards administer the awards program, judging framework, eligibility requirements, categories, and scoring process; award levels are not manually upgraded after judging to create additional Gold, Silver, or Bronze winners.

Transparency for Entrants

Complete judging scores are shared with entrants, including both winners and nominations that did not receive an award. This gives participants visibility into how their nominations were evaluated.

Not all nominations received an award in 2026, reinforcing an important principle of the program: submission alone does not result in recognition. Each nomination must achieve the minimum required average score.
