Varun is a Product and Strategy leader with 7 years of experience in digital product management across the technology and healthcare sectors. Varun is an expert in leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML and Cloud Modernization to build market-leading data-driven products. He is currently a Senior Product Manager at Cisco Systems Inc. He plays a leading and critical role in managing their B2B Webex and Contact Center product portfolio that uses AI/ML, Cloud Modernization, and Data Insights for next-gen Reporting & Analytics. At Cisco, he also spearheads executive (C-Suite, SVP, VP) and customer engagements for his products. Previously, Varun worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte for over 5 years. At Deloitte, he directly supervised multiple cross-functional teams to lead critical digital Product Management and Strategy Consulting efforts for public-sector and Fortune 500 clients in the technology and healthcare sectors. To date, he has launched eight 0-1 products generating multi-million dollar revenues and improving the customer experience of 16Mn+ end-users.
