Globee® Awards – Terms & Conditions for Applicants
By submitting entries to the Globee® Awards competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Globee Awards programs, nominations, recognitions, and related services.
1. Entry Submission and Fees
- Entry fees vary by category and are listed on each specific awards program website.
- All entry fees must be paid before entries are submitted for judging.
- In rare cases, if entries are submitted for judging before payment due to extraordinary circumstances, they become non-revocable and full payment will be required.
2. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- You may withdraw entries and request a refund only until the last submission deadline.
- After the deadline, no refunds will be issued for withdrawn entries.
- Refunds are not applicable for disqualified or ineligible entries or nominations that are not winners.
3. Credit Card Chargeback Policy
We take credit card chargebacks seriously. Any chargeback will result in:
- Immediate removal from the competition
- A permanent ban from all future Globee Awards activities
4. Refund Disputes and Participant Conduct
Globee® Awards has a strict policy against issuing certificates, or any form of official recognition to individuals who file a payment dispute or chargeback related to their own nomination or entry.
Such actions are considered a violation of the agreed terms and are incompatible with the professional conduct expected of all participants. Globee Awards reserves the right to disqualify individuals from the current and future awards programs without notice if a chargeback or payment dispute is filed.
Participants are encouraged to contact us directly at help@globeeawards.com if they have any concerns regarding their submissions, instead of initiating a payment dispute.
5. Communication and Point of Contact
Each entrant organization must designate a primary point of contact who agrees to:
- Regularly check email and respond to requests from help@globeeawards.com
- Whitelist help@globeeawards.com to prevent missing critical communication
- Ensure timely updates to contact information in the awards submission portal
6. Maintenance of Entry Account Information
It is the entrant’s responsibility to maintain accurate and current information in their entry-submission account, including name, email, phone number, and address. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility or result in non-delivery of awards or notifications.
7. Judging and Final Decisions
- The Globee Awards staff reserves the right to resolve disputes related to entry eligibility or category placement.
- Judges may recommend category changes. Final decisions rest with Globee Awards staff.
- Offline materials are not returned and are discouraged from being submitted.
8. Awards and Recognition
a. eCertificates and eBadges
- Verified eCertificates and eBadges will be issued only to winners following public announcement.
- These serve as digital recognition and can be shared on social and professional platforms.
b. Customization of Digital Awards
- Winners may optionally purchase customized eCertificates and eBadges that include additional information (e.g., category title).
- This service is available for an additional fee, outlined in the winners’ package.
c. Physical Merchandise
- Winners are eligible to purchase plaques, trophies, medallions, and printed certificates from the Globee Awards merchandise store.
- Merchandise is billed at full price plus shipping and handling.
d. Unpaid Entry Categories
- Winners in categories with no entry fees will be listed on the official winners’ page but will not automatically receive free digital recognitions.
- Optional verified eCertificates and eBadges are available for purchase at a nominal fee.
9. Shipping, Customs Duties, and Returns
- Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failure to respond to customs, shipping fees will be charged twice.
- All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Globee Awards is not liable for these costs.
- Unclaimed shipments returned to Globee Awards or its manufacturers will not be reshipped until all additional charges are settled.
10. Use and Limitations of Recognition
The Globee Awards recognize professional achievement and industry contribution. However:
- Recognition does not imply eligibility or endorsement for:
- Employment verification
- Immigration or visa approval
- Career advancement or promotion
- Legal endorsements of any kind
The Globee Awards:
- Do not provide support letters, recommendations, or documentation for immigration or visa applications.
- Disclaim any liability for the misuse of award recognition in legal or professional contexts.
- Make no guarantees about how participation or winning will be interpreted by outside parties or authorities.
- Do not write letters of endorsement for any purpose.
11. Live and Virtual Ceremonies
Winners may participate in live or virtual awards ceremonies upon payment of a separate ceremony participation fee. This fee:
- Is separate from the entry fee
- Varies by awards program and location
- Is optional for winners, who may choose not to attend
12. Publication of Winning Entries
- Full-text entries for Gold Globee Award winners may be published on the Globee Awards website.
- Winners will be given the opportunity to redact confidential information before publication.
- Prompt response to redaction requests is required.
13. Winner Listing and Editing Policy
- Winner listings are published exactly as submitted in the original entry form.
- No edits, removals, or updates to names, descriptions, or company information will be accepted after the announcement.
- This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all participants.
14. Category Updates Policy
The Globee® Awards continuously evolve to reflect emerging business trends and areas of innovation. Categories may be updated or added in real time during any active call-for-entries period, including after one or more early entry deadlines have passed. New categories introduced mid-cycle become immediately eligible for nomination within the current awards year. Once the final entry deadline closes and judging begins, the category list for that edition is locked and archived. Any additional updates or refinements made thereafter are automatically carried forward into the next annual program. This approach ensures that the Globee® Awards remain current, inclusive, and representative of the latest industry developments.
15. No Endorsement for Immigration or Visa Applications
Participation in the Globee® Awards—whether as an applicant, nominee, winner, or judge—does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or support for any immigration, visa, or residency application in any country. Globee® Awards:
- Do not provide immigration assistance or reference letters
- Do not sponsor or support any visa or legal applications
- Issue standard eCertificates solely as recognition of achievement
Participants use Globee recognitions in immigration or legal contexts at their own risk. The Globee Awards make no guarantees or representations regarding immigration outcomes.
16. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will render entries ineligible. Entry fees will not be refunded in cases of non-compliance, disqualification, or withdrawal after the submission deadline.
17. Disclaimer
The Globee® Awards uses a public, data-driven scoring process in which winners are determined solely based on the information provided in their submissions and evaluated by independent judges from diverse industries worldwide. Judges are experienced professionals and business leaders who score entries based on the content submitted. They may not necessarily be subject-matter experts in every field or category.
While the Globee Awards recognizes organizations, individuals, products, and services for their achievements, users are strongly encouraged to perform their own due diligence before using any winning products or services or engaging with awarded companies, individuals, or teams.
The Globee Awards disclaims responsibility for the future performance, operations, or actions of any award recipient and for any interpretations of judging results.

The Globee® Awards reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue any aspect of the awards terms, categories, fees, rules, schedules, or related procedures — including but not limited to entry submission timelines, judging processes, and recognition policies — at any time without prior notice.
