Tanvi is the Managing Director of User Experience and Product Design at Logical Design Solutions where she leads a team of talented designers to design consumer-grade digital experiences for Fortune 500 organizations. Clients include names such as CVS Health, Paramount, and Allstate to name a few.

Prior to this, she was the co-founder of The Design Grid, a design studio based in India, with esteemed national and international clients. Here, she designed innovative customer experiences and created a competitive advantage for businesses using design.

She has a master’s in Strategic Design and Management from the reputed Parsons School of Design in New York and a bachelor’s in design from the National Institute of Design, India’s premier design school.

On a mission to make design accessible to more people – she has conducted multiple workshops on the topics of visual communication for better collaboration and innovation for the likes of Creative Mornings and Women In Innovation. She even designed a deck of cards, aptly called Nudge Cards, that help creators get unstuck at different points in the innovation process. She co-published a dictionary of tools to create a common language for innovation which is now being converted into a book.
