I have 11+ years of experience in technology with a diverse range of technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within time and budget. I have successfully delivered high-impact projects in technology across multiple domains – Fintech, ERP, e-commerce, and Go to Market applications. I have led all the stages of the project lifecycle, from ideation to delivery. 

I am currently working as Senior Engineering Manager (Development and Architecture) at Airtable, one of the fastest-growing cloud collaboration services. I manage a team of leaders and senior developers. I have architected and implemented large-scale 0 to 1GTM projects for Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and customer success for enterprise customers that have led to multimillion-dollar revenue growth and cost savings for the company. Prior to this, I have worked as an Engineering manager and a GTM leader at large-scale tech public companies like Grubhub, Snowflake and a fintech startup Happy Money (Formerly Payoff).

I hold a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s of engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University, India.
