Saurabh is a senior leader and Director at AlixPartners – a global strategy consulting firm. He has diverse experience across multiple industries and has helped many organizations realize tangible revenue growth and cost savings across various functional areas. More specifically, Saurabh specializes in end-to-end company transformation, including growth strategy, commercial effectiveness, service optimization, customer success, field operations, product portfolio optimization, org transformation, and M&A and divestitures. He has advised multiple clients, including large public and private institutions in industries such as Technology, Telecommunications and Finance. Prior to consulting, Saurabh worked in FinTech, where he was building high-frequency trading strategies for hedge funds and proprietary trading shops.

Saurabh holds an MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BE in Computer Science from Delhi University.
