Sanika is a Technical Project Manager with a master’s in Mechanical Engineering and 9 years of industry experience in Engineering and Quality Management. She has extensive experience in leading cross-functional program teams to identify & resolve product issues, ease customer pain & reduce warranty costs by implementing robust solutions. She currently works at Google Inc., as a Quality Operations Technical Program Manager for Google’s Pixel device accessories where she has worked on Google’s flagship and first generation products such as the Pixel watch and Pixel accessories like the Pixel Buds and Phone Cases. Along with her primary focus on Quality Management she has also worked as a Operations Manager for Google’s first party phone cases. Before joining Google, Sanika served as Continuous Improvement Technical Program Manager at Cummins Inc where she led cross-functional teams to solve complex diesel after-treatment product issues for various On-hwy and Off-hwy truck and agricultural equipment OEMs. Besides work, Sanika enjoys reading and keeping abreast of new developments in the fields of Quality and Operations management. She is a member of American Society for Quality and strongly believes in paying it forward.
