I’m an Engineering manager and driven team leader with a strong record of building and leading efficient developer experience and platform teams. Across my time at Asana (2 years) and Autodesk (8 years), I’ve delivered multiple mission-critical projects that have contributed towards building a better platform for engineers within the organization. In addition to providing technical leadership to my teams, I have successfully managed over 25 engineers across multiple countries and timezones, and actively recruit the best talent to build diverse and efficient teams. At Asana, I currently manage 2 engineering teams within the realm of Development Lifecycle comprising of 10 engineers. I help create and drive the technical strategy for these teams which have consistently increased efficiency and reduced time-to-deploy for all product engineers at Asana. At Autodesk, I managed the platform infrastructure team which provisions, maintains, and operates the underlying infrastructure of the Autodesk Data Platform, serving over 1000 data analysts, data scientists and data engineers across Autodesk. The data insights provided by our data platform directly benefited Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams get leads contributing to the company’s revenue. Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore.
