As a former German Army officer, I have a unique perspective on leadership and marketing, and I wish to share my knowledge to help others drive change for the better. As a founder of Wing Assistant, I am involved in driving sales growth with a high-performance marketing team, and I lead Operations including Technology & Quality Management, Talent Acquisition, and General Management. Prior to that, I was the Chief PR Officer for the German Army in Northern Germany and had a post as the Chief Communications Officer for the United Nations peacekeeping Mission in Mali, Africa. During prior positions, I supervised and conducted training and managed talent for the German government, and devised technology-based strategies to improve organizational performance. In 2020, I completed my MBA in the top 12% at UC Irvine on a student visa. To be able to keep working on my startup in the US, I obtained an O-1A visa for individuals with extraordinary abilities. During my previous career, I completed both a bachelor’s degree as well as a master’s degree in Educational Sciences. In addition, I hold various certificates including the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and am an alumnus of the UC Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator.
