Richard is a software engineer and founder in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. He has previously consulted German multinational companies on transformation projects and data science topics before founding his first company, a Finance automation platform that received funding from the European Union for its innovative multimodal AI solution. He is currently building the customer collaboration platform Minoa where he raised $2.7m from leading US investors and helps well-known B2B SaaS companies collaborate with potential customers to reduce the length of sales cycles and win more deals.
