Prafulla has a strong background in technology leadership with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end system implementation for Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations teams. He has expertise in defining systems vision & strategy, business analysis, technical architecture, and change management. Throughout his career, Prafulla has played leadership roles in several organizations such as Mapbox, Flexport, Atlassian, and LinkedIn. Currently employed at Mapbox as Head of Enterprise Applications (VP), Prafulla is responsible for the development and execution of Enterprise Applications strategy and software selection, architecture, business systems analysis, software engineering, quality assurance, & program delivery. Prior to this, Prafulla established a Business Technology team at Flexport from the ground up as Senior Director of Business Technology. At Atlassian, Prafulla was the Head of Sales Systems (Director), where he built and led a global team, implementing Sales, Marketing, and Billing Solutions from the ground up for the company. During his time at LinkedIn as Sr Manager CRM Systems and Integration, Prafulla led a global team of Engineers and Product Managers based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, and Bengaluru. He was responsible for leading several global initiatives at LinkedIn, such as CPQ implementation, and 3 Mergers and acquisitions systems integrations. Prafulla has also been advising startups in Silicon Valley on GTM Tech strategy and how to build Business Technology teams from the ground up. He is currently helping a few startups in shaping up product vision specifically in Sales Technology and iPaaS areas.
