Michelle is the Financial Director of the Keegor Group of companies based in Benoni, South Africa. Keegor focuses on manufacturing equipment and consumables that melt and process precious metals in refineries and laboratories worldwide. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). She is currently an Ordinary Member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA) and is in the process of obtaining the Certified Director qualification. Michelle is also studying toward the Chartered Global Management Accountant™ (CGMA®) qualification through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She is the leader of the Women’s Business Club Johannesburg chapter. The Women’s Business Club aims to empower women to succeed in business. This includes helping women forge lasting personal and professional relationships, harnessing the power of community, helping make a difference in the community, and providing peer-to-peer support and encouragement. Michelle is an Infinite Family mentor, an adult volunteer who motivates education performance, career success, and life success in a South African teen’s life. Michelle has recently launched a podcast centred around various topics, including leadership, team development, strategic thinking, women in business, success through failure, and HR-related issues.
