Mayur Shetty, is a Software as a Service (SaaS) evangelist, played a key role in the transformation of Duck Creek, a prominent provider of P&C insurance software. He was actively involved with Duck Creek from its early stages as it evolved from a software/product-focused organization to a leading provider of P&C insurance SaaS solutions, ultimately leading to a successful IPO. Shetty played a crucial role in modernizing the software into a cloud-native application offering on Microsoft Azure, ensuring the establishment of robust governance measures encompassing security, scalability, and financial operations (Fin-Ops) practices. Under my guidance, the SaaS business experienced remarkable growth, expanding from less than 3 customers to over 100 customers.
