I am an Electrical Engineer with MS EE degree from University of Texas, Arlington. I have over 12 years of experience in electrical design, validation, manufacturing and factory test of consumer electronics products.
I have been part of Apple Inc since last 7 years and currently I am working as a Hardware Engineering Manager in Product Integrity org where I manage a team of electrical engineers to support validation, testing & mass production of Apple products. Here are my key duties:
• Lead the team through the design phases of new instruments from research, concept, modeling, specification, integration with testers, prototyping, validation, reliability, manufacturability, calibration, and test.
• Partner closely with various multi-functional team members on activities ranging from product architecture design focusing on DFT (Design for Test), FW development, product integration with testers, debug, root cause analysis and factory deployment to enable mass production of new Apple products.
• Support new product failure analysis during prototype builds and participate in continuous improvements in product manufacturability and testability, contributing to the production of the highest quality products.
• Present complex engineering concepts & updates to Apple leadership team to enable key decision making related to product’s quality and customer experiences.
