I am currently working with Priceline.com LLC as Manager Technology – Customer Care/Contact Centers. My experience includes running all of customer care/contact center technology like IVR, Messaging channels (web chat, in app chat, Apple Business Chat, Whats app) etc and including social media support like supporting twitter, facebook/meta, instagram, etc. I have about 13 years of experience and have worked with leading technology companies like Wipro, Capital One etc. My current responsibility includes managing a team of engineers who empower all of the customer care facing technologies mentioned above. With AI/Chat bots coming up in last few years – which is doing/going to do the similar work of a contact center/call center agent, looking forward to see if there is something interesting that we might learn while judging. Judging will give an opportunity to network with people too.
