Over 14 years of IT experience in the design, development, and management of business projects using Data Management. I have worked in the Financial and Media industries, with a diverse role in a credit card and payments analytics firm. As the primary data operations relationship manager, I support various clients in creating data models for strategic, marketing, and risk management decisions.
My responsibilities include managing the data operations division for major financial institutions across multiple international markets, such as the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the UAE. I led a team of Data Engineers responsible for data processing, validation, and development to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
I collaborate with the leadership team and developers to design and build data warehouse projects. I was involved in defining and maintaining technical standards, conducting code reviews, reviewing project requirements, and estimating timelines. I have excellent knowledge of RDBMS, Data Marts, and Data Warehouse Concepts, as well as experience in creating data warehouses using star schema and snowflake schema.
Additionally, I have experience in migrating code and data from SQL Server to AWS Redshift. I extensively used SSIS for ETL processes and SSRS for creating various levels of reporting for business intelligence requirements.
