Why is the Globee Awards Data-Driven Judging Process considered a Global Standard?

The Globee Awards’ data-driven scoring method ensures every nominee is judged fairly and transparently. By relying on measurable criteria and expert evaluations, we continue to uphold our reputation as the global standard for awards programs.

The Globee Awards’ data-driven judging process sets a global standard by using a structured and objective scoring system that eliminates subjectivity, ensures fairness, and focuses on measurable achievements. Judges evaluate nominations based on four key criteria: Achievement, Main Content, Summary, and Supporting Materials. This systematic approach guarantees consistent, transparent, and high-quality evaluations, making it a trusted benchmark for recognizing excellence worldwide.

Who Are Globee® Awards Judges?

The Globee® Awards judging process relies on a diverse panel of independent judges from around the world. Judges are selected based on their professional experience, industry knowledge, and ability to evaluate achievements objectively—often relying entirely on the application content and supporting materials submitted by applicants. All judges are working professionals and business leaders with expertise in reviewing nominations thoughtfully and fairly.

Judges assess each submission using our transparent, data-driven scoring system, evaluating achievements based on the information provided—not to certify expertise in the subject matter of every award program.

While many judges bring valuable industry perspectives, they may not be subject-matter experts in every field or category they review. For example, judges participating in the Globee® Awards for Artificial Intelligence are qualified professionals assessing achievements based on the nomination details but may not necessarily be AI specialists.

Receiving a verified eCertificate as a Globee Awards judge recognizes their contribution to the evaluation process but does not imply subject-matter expertise or credentials in a specific award category.

  • When should I recuse myself from an assignment?
A recused assignment will not count toward the 50 completed assignments required to receive a verified eCertificate. If you recuse an assignment, additional assignments will need to be assigned to you to reach your 50-completion goal.
Reasons to Recuse: You should recuse yourself from an assignment if there is a conflict of interest, such as:
    • The assignment involves your own application, your company/business, a direct competitor, or an organization you are closely associated with.
    • You have personal or professional ties to the nominee, which could affect your impartiality.
    • Any situation where your judgment could be biased or perceived as biased.
  • When should I NOT recuse myself from an assignment?
    Do Not Recuse:
    • Planted (test) assignments should not be recused. These are designed to assess judging accuracy and improve the audit system, and your scores are essential for maintaining evaluation integrity.
    • If you believe your area of expertise is limited for an assignment, you should still score based on the content provided and supporting documents submitted by the applicant. These assignments are intentionally distributed across a wide range of professionals to gather diverse feedback.
  • Will I receive a verified eCertificate of participation?
Yes. Judges who complete at least 50 assignments will receive a verified eCertificate after the winners are announced. Please note that assignments are audited to ensure that scoring meet professional guidelines and are helpful to entrants.
  • When will I receive my eCertificate of participation?
Most eCertificates are issued after winners are announced.
However we understand that you mayb require your eCertificate sooner. If you have successfully completed at least 50 assignments by the 20th of the month, your eCertificate will be issued by the 28th of the same month.
  • Can I get a reference letter before receiving my eCertificate?
No reference letters are issued or signed. • What should I do if I am unable to complete all my assigned evaluations by the deadline?
If you are unable to complete your assignments on time, please notify the Globee Awards team in advance so we can reassign them to other judges who can complete them.
Informing us will not affect your eligibility to serve as a judge in future awards programs.
  • Can a judge’s participation be disqualified even after completing all the assignments?
Yes, while we deeply respect and appreciate the contributions of our judges, a judge’s participation may be disqualified if we discover any of the following:
    • Conflict of Interest: If a judge evaluates entries where they have a personal or professional connection.
    • Violation of Anonymity: If a judge discloses their identity to applicants or discusses their scores publicly.
    • Incomplete, Biased, or Disrespectful Scoring: If a judge provides incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or disrespectful evaluations that fail to uphold the professionalism expected.
    • Failure to Adhere to Guidelines: If a judge does not follow the rules outlined in the judging process, such as sharing confidential information.
  • Why have my completed assignments been nullified, and why have I received an audit notice and disqualification?
Audits are conducted to maintain the integrity of the evaluation process. If you have been disqualified, it is most likely due to one or more of the following reasons:
    • You violated the judging policy.
    • You did not score correctly on actual or planted test assignments (used to ensure judges are carefully reviewing and scoring entries).
    • You took screenshots or downloaded content for using as a reference or sharing with others.
  • Why am I not allowed to share the content of my judging assignments and scores with others?
All judging assignments contain confidential information submitted by entrants, and sharing this content with others violates the confidentiality policy. Judges are entrusted with protecting the integrity of the evaluation process, and any unauthorized disclosure compromises fairness and privacy. Sharing assignments, discussing their content with unauthorized individuals, or distributing any related materials will result in permanent disqualification, a ban from all future participation, and the nullification of all previous judging credentials.
  • Where can I read more about the Judging Process before applying?
