As Global Program Manager for Google for Startups, Joséphine works on Google’s acceleration program that annually helps thousands of entrepreneurs get access to mentoring, technology, and connections. Prior to that, she advised Google’s senior leadership on location strategy and the talent workforce, designing location assessment rubrics to encourage unbiased and more equitable decision making. She is also an experienced facilitator that has led onboarding and team development workshops across the world, both for Google as well as for startups.

Joséphine is a certified leadership coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world, and runs a private coaching practice for entrepreneurs. She also sits on the Forbes Coaching Council, an invitation-only organisation for leading business and career coaches. She’s been lucky to coach many startup founders, specialising in culture, leadership, team building, and hiring and retaining talent.

As an advocate for social entrepreneurship, Joséphine is also the co-founder of Impact Gym. Impact Gym is a non-profit focused on developing founders from underrepresented communities by connecting them to capital and connections. Her passion is to help social impact entrepreneurs leave their mark on the world.
