I am is an innovative Professional and Business Transformational Leader with over 11 years of experience and success in business process improvement, project management, customer experience, and product development across IT services and management consulting, outsourcing/offshoring, and food & beverage services industries. I have an extensive background in operations management, compliance & governance, supply chain optimization, leadership, and strategic planning. I am currently the Service Delivery Director (Consultant) of Limitless Technology and before working with Limitless Technology, I was the Senior Manager (Growth, Strategy & Advisory Services) of KPMG in Jamaica. Earlier in my career, I served as the Senior Manager (Transitions, Audit & Compliance) of HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions where I led the successful implementation of 9 business service transitions. I earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology & Chemistry from The University of the West Indies. I also received an Associate Degree in Natural Science from Montego Bay Community College with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and I am a Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) from Project Management Institute.
