Jessica is the Chief of Staff at Stilt and CoFounder at Onbo — a leading fintech that has raised over $375 million in equity and debt, backed by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Streamlined Ventures, Petrushka Investments and Founders/Executives from Stripe, Brex, Doordash, Superhuman, etc. Onbo is a revolutionary fintech infrastructure known as “AWS for lending”, a backbone that enables companies to offer embed financing options without the complexities of acting like a financial institution. Jessica is the right hand to Rohit (CEO) and oversees all crucial parts of the company – fundraising, product, compliance, customer success, sales and operations. She has judged, spoken at and helped to organize conversations across technology, finance, global policies, etc. Jessica started her career working for the CFO of Global Trade at J.P. Morgan with $5 Trillion balance sheet. Prior to Stilt, she was a private equity investor and management consultant. Jessica is also the Co-Founder of Building BLOC, a nonprofit that helps high school students with career and personal development. Jessica holds a bachelor degree from Cornell University.
