A week in the life of Mr. Gopal Pagrut as Solutions Architect: He will work directly with sales leadership and the consulting team to drive revenue opportunities for the Software and Services segment of the Software Monetization group at Gemalto. He will participate in process flow analysis and process redesign, along with the engagement manager. He will produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements. He will produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements. He will provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document. He will participate in training design, documentation, and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager; He will also participate in, and lead when needed, the project meetings with the customer. He will lead the UAT efforts. He will utilized his specialized knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise applications architecture to assist with Gemalto’s model-specific design.
