Gaurav has several years of experience in Product Management within multiple industry domains and specializes within Pharma and Healthcare Payer/Provider digital strategy. As a PM for ZS’s Industry leading ZAIDYN platform, Gaurav contributes to feature development, market research, Road Map Strategy and Use-Case conceptualization for Innovation within the Pharma Sales Performance and Provider engagement space.

In his past engagements, Gaurav worked on Medicaid systems transformations and Clinical workflow optimizations for leading PBM’s; Gaurav led client engagement for requirements gathering, business review/approval and vendor acceptance for Product enhancements. Previously, Gaurav worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst guiding Product development for an automated cloud migration provider, Impetus Technologies. Prior to Impetus, Gaurav worked within Product QA for a leading embedded systems manufacturing company – Godrej & Boyce mfg.

Gaurav graduated with a Master’s in the Management of Technology from New York University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
