Dr. Krishna Bharadwaj is a Senior Physician/ Gynecologist with over 35+ years of experience in spearheading multiple initiatives such as Pulse Polio Immunization Programme, Immunization drives for young children, Tobacco Addiction, Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) & Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM), Family Planning Campaigns, Maternity care weekly campaigns, ANC Checkups, Leprosy Eradication drives, Tuberculosis Eradication, etc. Over 3 decades she has successfully conducted trainings for medical professionals, para-medical staff, Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA’s) across Dispensaries, Primary Health Care (PHC’s) centers, Polyclinics as well as Multi-Specialty Government Hospitals to provide world class medical facilities. She has been awarded for her exemplary performance during COVID-19 pandemic for laying the groundwork for providing health care services and facilities across different zones in New Delhi. She is passionate about latest technologies and developments in the field of medical science and consistently invests in learning and updating herself about advancements in the field of medical care and public health sector by attending CMEs (Continuous Medical Education). She further utilizes this knowledge and experience in providing the best medical treatment to patients and society. She is a strong advocate of improving the education, health and hygiene of adolescent girls from below poverty line families (BPL).
