I’m working as a Director at Informatica responsible for Observability, SRE and MLOps teams. I have always believed in the power of effective leadership to drive positive change and inspire others. Throughout my career, I have strived to lead with vision, integrity, and a focus on empowering others. I believe in the power of effective decision-making, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting ethical leadership practices. Over last 14 years, I have been instrumental in building large scale platforms, managing high performance teams through Leadership roles at multiple organizations, been part of various advisory boards at large organizations and startups, provide guidance and feedbacks before products are rolled out to customers. Platforms have been used by 100+ million users and created millions of dollars in revenue. I have mentored and managed large teams, been part of or created Platform teams to enhance developer productivity, minimize dependencies, reduce cost, contribute to open source community. Over a decade I have overseen these transformations, provided guidance to 100’s of teams and 1000’s of developers, PMs and delivered projects. As a judge, I will bring these values and experiences to the table, ensuring a fair and thorough evaluation of the nominees.
