Aditya’s passion for mentorship and career counseling led him to leave his full-time job at Deloitte and bootstrap HiCounselor in 2020. Aditya’s aim at HiCounselor is to help entry-level candidates earn work experience and automate the manual job application process using AI and intelligent automation.
