Is there a fee to apply?
Yes, there is a nonrefundable processing fee for all applicants. Identifying winners is a significant editorial effort, and this fee helps cover a portion of the operational costs involved.
The application fee varies depending on the awards program and its categories, with discounts available for early submissions. Each program has different pricing based on the complexity of evaluations, industry standards, and category-specific considerations.
For detailed fee structures and category-specific pricing, please refer to the individual awards program pages
Why is there a fee?
Business awards programs typically charge a fee to help cover the operational costs associated with managing the program. These costs may include:
- Award Platforms & Technology – Secure award submission and evaluation systems that streamline the entry and judging process.
- Credential & Digital Certification Platforms – Verification and issuance of digital certificates and badges for winners and participants.
- Administrative & Editorial Work – Managing applications, verifying submissions, and coordinating expert judges to ensure a fair evaluation process.
- Marketing & Promotions – Publicizing winners through press releases, social media, and digital platforms to maximize visibility.
- Event Planning & Production – Organizing virtual or in-person recognition events, trophy production, and shipping.
Many organizations consider the participation fee an investment in their brand and reputation. Winning an award can enhance credibility, increase visibility, and strengthen market positioning, leading to long-term business success.
In many cases, organizations view the cost of participating in a business awards program as a worthwhile investment in their brand and reputation. By winning an award, organizations can demonstrate their excellence to their customers, partners, and the wider business community, which can help to increase their visibility and credibility.
The cost of participating in a business awards program is therefore seen by many organizations as a cost of doing business, and as a way to invest in their long-term success.
What if my entry does not win?

- ✔ You notify us via email once you have submitted the revised entry.
If you’d like feedback before resubmitting, feel free to email us your revised entry, and we’ll provide our opinion and suggestions.
This opportunity allows you to strengthen your nomination and increase your chances of recognition. Let us know if you need further assistance!

What are the next steps after submitting an entry?
After you have successfully submitted your application/ nomination/ entry and received a confirmation email, complete the following next steps.
Who is a Primary Contact?
The Primary Contact is one person from your organization or your agency that manages everything from creating an account to submitting all the entry content. This is the person our editors will contact if any more information is required or for any clarifications. This is also the person who will be first communicated about the winners. Update your organization’s contacts here.
Who is a Secondary Contact?
The Secondary Contact is the back up contact to the Primary Contact. In most cases Secondary Contact is contacted only if Primary Contact has not responded.
Who is a Merchandise Contact?

How do I recommend a new category?
You can recommend a new category anytime. We accept requests and suggestions for new categories but each new category has to be accepted by the editorial team before it is fully accepted and included in any of the awards program.
Does the Globee Awards promote judging or winning status for immigration, employment, or professional advancement?
No. The Globee Awards strictly recognize excellence and achievement in various industries and do not promote, endorse, or position judging or winning status as a means to secure immigration approvals, employment opportunities, or professional advancements.
Additionally, if any individual, agent, or agency is claiming that Globee Awards judging or winning status can be used for immigration or employment purposes, please be advised that the Globee Awards does not approve, authorize, or have any association with such claims. We do not engage in any monetary transactions, commissions, or partnerships with individuals or agencies making these claims.
Participants should exercise caution and consult relevant authorities or legal professionals to determine whether such recognitions hold any significance for their specific needs. The Globee Awards disclaim any responsibility for the misinterpretation or misuse of award recognition for immigration, employment, or other professional purposes.
Are supporting materials important for achieving winner status?
Yes. Reference letters from managers, peers, clients, or industry professionals can strengthen a nomination by providing credible endorsements of the achievement. However, they should be used in addition to publicly verifiable information that supports the nomination.
There should be enough public information available—such as news articles, company reports, case studies, or official records—that clearly validate the achievement being nominated. While reference letters add value, they cannot replace publicly accessible supporting materials.
These letters can be attached as documents (PDFs, Word files) or provided as links to social media platforms like LinkedIn, where you have received a public reference or recommendation from someone.
Why did one judge give me a high score and another a lower one?
Each entry is evaluated by multiple judges who bring their own expertise, perspective, and professional background. Differences in scores are completely normal and expected. We use the average of all assigned judges’ scores to ensure a fair and balanced outcome. This helps offset any individual scoring extremes and reflects a broader consensus.
Are reference letters issued to winners and/or judges?
The Globee® Awards does not issue or sign reference letters to winners or judges. The Globee® Awards now provides verified digital eCertificates as the only official proof of recognition or participation. These verified eCertificates are secure, verifiable, and globally accepted as authentic documentation for professional or academic use. The Globee® Awards does not provide personal reference or endorsement letters for any purpose, including immigration or employment. Your verified eCertificate, your name listed on the official Judges Page, and the Role of Judges description (see here) together serve as your official and verifiable record of participation or achievement.
Transparency and Public Listings Policy FAQs
Can I request my name or company to be removed from the Globee Awards website after participating as a winner or judge?
No. By voluntarily participating as a nominee or judge, you agreed to the terms and conditions which include the public listing of results for transparency and archival purposes.
Winners agree to have their name, company, and achievement publicly recognized. Judges agree to have their name and company listed as part of the panel that reviewed nominations. This ensures credibility, transparency, and historical record-keeping.
We are unable to honor removal requests after participation, as this would compromise the integrity and verifiability of the awards program.
The Globee® Awards is committed to transparency, fairness, and the integrity of the awards process. As part of this commitment, all winners and judges are publicly acknowledged on our official website.
By submitting a nomination or agreeing to serve as a judge, participants accept the terms and conditions of the program. These terms include:
- Public listing of winners, along with their company/organization and achievement
- Public recognition of judges, including name, company, and links to public professional profiles
- Long-term archival of results to preserve the credibility and historical record of the program
A participant cannot knowingly accept the terms of participation, contribute to the process, and later request that their name, company, or results be removed from public listings. Doing so would compromise the transparency and verifiability that participants themselves expect of the program.
All listings are considered final and part of the official public record of each awards program.

- Judge Selection: Judges are carefully selected based on their expertise, industry experience, and professional achievements. They come from diverse fields to provide a well-rounded evaluation of entries.
- Assignment of Entries: Each judge is assigned a set number of entries to review, typically around 50 assignments. This distribution ensures that each entry is evaluated by multiple judges for balanced and unbiased feedback.
- Review and Scoring: Judges review each entry against predefined criteria specific to the award category. They provide scores and detailed feedback based on the merits of each submission. The scoring system is designed to be objective and consistent.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Judges are required to adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and ethical guidelines to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure the integrity of the judging process. Any breaches of these policies can result in disqualification of the judge.
- Consensus and Finalization: After individual evaluations, scores are aggregated, and discussions may be held to reach a consensus on the top entries. This collaborative approach helps ensure that the best entries are recognized.

When should I recuse myself from an assignment?
A recused assignment will not count toward the 50 completed assignments required to receive a verified eCertificate. If you recuse an assignment, additional assignments will need to be assigned to you to reach your 50-completion goal.
Reasons to Recuse: You should recuse yourself from an assignment if there is a conflict of interest, such as:
The assignment involves your own application, your company/business, a direct competitor, or an organization you are closely associated with.
You have personal or professional ties to the nominee, which could affect your impartiality.
Any situation where your judgment could be biased or perceived as biased.
When should I NOT recuse myself from an assignment?
Do Not Recuse:
Planted (test) assignments should not be recused. These are designed to assess judging accuracy and improve the audit system, and your scores are essential for maintaining evaluation integrity.
If you believe your area of expertise is limited for an assignment, you should still score based on the content provided and supporting documents submitted by the applicant. These assignments are intentionally distributed across a wide range of professionals to gather diverse feedback.
Will I receive a verified eCertificate of participation?
Yes. Judges who complete at least 50 assignments will receive a verified eCertificate after the winners are announced. Please note that assignments are audited to ensure that scoring meet professional guidelines and are helpful to entrants.
When will I receive my eCertificate of participation?
Most eCertificates are issued after winners are announced.
However we understand that you mayb require your eCertificate sooner. If you have successfully completed at least 50 assignments by the 20th of the month, your eCertificate will be issued by the 28th of the same month.
Can I get a reference letter before receiving my eCertificate?
No reference letters are issued or signed. The Globee® Awards does not write, sign, or issue any form of reference, recommendation, or endorsement for any purpose, including but not limited to employment, professional references, promotional use by individuals or organizations, or immigration matters.
What should I do if I am unable to complete all my assigned evaluations by the deadline?
If you are unable to complete your assignments on time, please notify the Globee Awards team in advance so we can reassign them to other judges who can complete them.
Informing us will not affect your eligibility to serve as a judge in future awards programs.
Can a judge’s participation be disqualified even after completing all the assignments?
Yes, while we deeply respect and appreciate the contributions of our judges, a judge’s participation may be disqualified if we discover any of the following:
Conflict of Interest: If a judge evaluates entries where they have a personal or professional connection.
Violation of Anonymity: If a judge discloses their identity to applicants or discusses their scores publicly.
Incomplete, Biased, or Disrespectful Scoring: If a judge provides incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or disrespectful evaluations that fail to uphold the professionalism expected.
Failure to Adhere to Guidelines: If a judge does not follow the rules outlined in the judging process, such as sharing confidential information.
Why have my completed assignments been nullified, and why have I received an audit notice and disqualification?
Audits are conducted to maintain the integrity of the evaluation process. If you have been disqualified, it is most likely due to one or more of the following reasons:
You violated the judging policy.
You did not score correctly on actual or planted test assignments (used to ensure judges are carefully reviewing and scoring entries).
You took screenshots or downloaded content for using as a reference or sharing with others.
Why am I not allowed to share the content of my judging assignments and scores with others?
All judging assignments contain confidential information submitted by entrants, and sharing this content with others violates the confidentiality policy. Judges are entrusted with protecting the integrity of the evaluation process, and any unauthorized disclosure compromises fairness and privacy. Sharing assignments, discussing their content with unauthorized individuals, or distributing any related materials will result in permanent disqualification, a ban from all future participation, and the nullification of all previous judging credentials.
Where can I read more about the Judging Process before applying?
You can find detailed information about the Judging Process on our website: Judging and Awards Process.
Why can’t I access my judging assignments after the judging period ends?
To uphold our confidentiality and data protection policies, all judging assignments are automatically hidden after the judging window closes. This ensures that confidential content submitted by applicants is not accessed, downloaded, or copied beyond the allowed time.
Applicants may receive anonymized scoring feedback, but individual judge identities and scores remain protected.
Judge eCertificates FAQs
When will I receive my Judge eCertificate?
eCertificates are issued on the 28th of each month to judges who have successfully completed at least 50 assignments by the 20th of that same month.
📌 Please note: All scoring and comments are audited for professionalism before any certificate is issued. This process cannot be expedited.
What if I completed 50 assignments after the 20th of the month?
If you reach 50 completed assignments after the 20th, your eCertificate will be considered for the following month’s cycle.
Can I request my eCertificate early if I need it urgently?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot speed up the issuance of eCertificates under any circumstances due to the mandatory auditing process.
Why did I receive more assignments even after completing 50?
Occasionally, during audits, some assignments may be disqualified or removed (e.g., if a nomination is withdrawn, invalid, or fails to meet submission guidelines). This reduces your count of valid completed assignments.
To ensure fairness and accuracy:
- Our system will automatically assign new nominations to bring your total back to 50 valid completions.
- These additional assignments are usually very few.
- If you do not complete them, your status will be marked as incomplete, and you may not receive the final Thank You email, and your eCertificate.
- Even one incomplete assignment can delay or prevent recognition.
✅ While completing exactly 50 is the minimum requirement, judges are encouraged (but not required) to accept additional assignments. This helps distribute judging tasks where most needed.
You can decline extra assignments at any time, but opting out entirely may impact future communications or credential issuance.
When will I receive the final “Thank You” email?
The final Thank You email is sent after winners are announced, confirming successful completion of your 50 valid judging assignments. If any assignment is left incomplete, this email may not be sent.
Can I get a reference letter after judging?
No reference letters are issued or signed. The Globee® Awards does not write, sign, or issue any form of reference, recommendation, or endorsement for any purpose, including but not limited to employment, professional references, promotional use by individuals or organizations, or immigration matters.
Does every participating judge receive a reference letter?
No reference letters are issued or signed. The Globee® Awards does not write, sign, or issue any form of reference, recommendation, or endorsement for any purpose, including but not limited to employment, professional references, promotional use by individuals or organizations, or immigration matters.
All eligible judges and winners receive verified eCertificates as proof of participation and recognition.
⚠️ Please note: No eCertificate is ever issued without a proper internal audit and verification to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
Why was my eCertificate delayed or not issued?
This may happen if:
- You didn’t complete 50 verified assignments by the 20th.
- Your scoring were not aligned with our professional judging standards.
- You contacted us via a personal email address instead of a business/work email.
Can my eCertificate be revoked?
Yes. We reserve the right to revoke or nullify any previously issued eCertificate if:
- We find false or misleading information submitted.
- There are discrepancies in your judging activity.
- Your judging behavior did not meet our quality standards.
- If you request that all your personal details be removed from our website (this includes name, profile, LinkedIn link, quotes, insights, etc.), your eCertificate will also be considered void, as public acknowledgment is part of the recognition process.
🔒 Once removed, your participation as a judge cannot be verified by third parties, and all related credentials will be considered revoked.
Is there any fee to be paid for an eCertificate?
No. There is absolutely no fee to be paid for receiving an eCertificate.
- There is also no fee to participate as a judge.
- All certificates are issued digitally only – we no longer provide printed versions.
- No payment should be made to anyone under any circumstances.
- We do not have agents or representatives for selecting judges, and no individual or agency can help you get selected as a judge.

Can I use my personal email to communicate?
We highly recommend using your work or business email at all times. Requests or messages from personal email addresses may be delayed or ignored—regardless of urgency.
Does the Judge Certificate Confirm Expertise?
Does receiving a verified judge certificate from the Globee® Awards make me a certified expert in the award category?
No. The verified judge certificate is a certificate of participation, recognizing your contribution as a qualified professional in reviewing nominations and scoring entries. It is not a certificate of expertise, subject-matter qualification, or an academic or certification credential in any specific field or award category.
The Globee® Awards does not issue academic, technical, or professional certifications. The purpose of this certificate is to acknowledge your role in the judging process as part of our global panel of industry professionals.
