I am a Pharmacist with a Master of Public Health. In addition, I am also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an Innovation Coach. As a Director at Bayer Healthcare, I am responsible for ensuring patient safety of the pharmaceuticals and over the counter products marketed by the company. In this role, I also lead research and safety assessments of new products the company wishes to bring to the market. In the past few years, I have brought many innovations to our processes at Bayer that were game changers using technology.
