Megha is the CEO and Co-founder of Neon, a Chicago-based Fintech Startup. Neon is backed by 500 Startups (part of the San Francisco Flagship Accelerator Program). She is an engineer and MBA by education, completed full-time MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has previously led two early-stage startups that were a part of the UoC’s Polsky Accelerator.

She has extensive experience managing teams for S&P 500 and multinational companies such as Samsung Electronics and Fiserv.

At Samsung, Megha was responsible for managing the supply chain operations for Samsung India Electronics’ mobile phone division. She was involved in planning production and launch of 4 flagship smartphones, 50+ mobile phones, and 4 tablets in the $5.6B Indian mobile-phone market.

Prior to starting Neon, Megha was a part of the Avant Card Operations Strategy team specializing in Collections Strategies.
